A. Bruce Johnson, PhD, has extensive experience in business development, innovation, and research in the animal health and nutrition industry. A. Bruce currently works as the Corporate Vice President of Business Development at Phibro Animal Health Corporation, where they are responsible for global initiatives to increase market presence and company profitability. Previously, they served as the Director of Innovation Nutrition and Business Development at DSM Nutritional Products, leading the company's North American business growth initiative. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Chief Business Growth & Innovation Strategist at Bioingenuity, LLC, where they helped clients identify companies for acquisition based on innovation in technology and intellectual property. A. Bruce also served as the Vice President of Research & Nutrition Services at Ridley Inc., overseeing a well-publicized R&D initiative, and as the Director of Research and Nutritional Services at Zinpro Corporation, where they played a key role in elevating the company to an industry leadership position. Dr. Johnson holds a Ph.D. in animal nutrition.

A. Bruce Johnson, PhD, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agriculture, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1972 to 1974. A. Bruce then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Animal Sciences from the same institution, earning their degree in 1976. Continuing their academic journey, Johnson went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Animal Nutrition, with a minor in Biochemistry, from Oklahoma State University, which they completed from 1976 to 1980.
