Carrie McCarthy

Carrie (Shouse) McCarthy is a seasoned professional in the animal health and nutrition industry, currently serving as the Regional Director at Phibro Animal Health since July 2025. Prior to this role, Carrie held positions as Ruminant Sales Manager for Selko USA at Nutreco from August 2022 to July 2025, and Business Manager and District Sales Manager at Micronutrients from February 2019 to July 2025, specializing in ruminant feed additives. Educationally, Carrie earned a Master’s Degree in Animal Sciences with a focus on Dairy Nutrition from Iowa State University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from the same institution. Carrie also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University and participated in a Leadership Development Program at AMVC Management Services in 2016.
