Ethan Caesar

Ethan Caesar is a skilled Plant Engineer at POET since July 2021, responsible for daily analysis of process data for a 130 MGPY ethanol plant, creating operational plans, delivering data-driven insights, and serving as a technical resource for the operations team. Prior to this role, Ethan served as a Plant Technician I, focusing on the safe and effective operation of process units and addressing maintenance and safety issues. Ethan also gained experience as a Process Engineering Intern at BIOLOGOS, where responsibilities included packaging products and working in sterile environments, notably constructing and installing a pressure control system in December 2019.
