Julia Cope

Julia Cope currently serves as the Microbials Innovation Director for Home, Industrial and Plant Solutions at Phibro Animal Health, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Scientific Operations & Quality at both CosmosID and Diversigen, Inc., where responsibilities involved overseeing microbiome commercial research projects. Julia's academic background features a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from Texas A&M University, complemented by an MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Houston, anticipated to be completed in 2026. Previous positions also include staff scientist at Baylor College of Medicine and various roles in plant pathology and microbiology during graduate studies. Julia's early career includes experience in loan administration and project facilitation.
