Rafael's expertise includes optimizing fermentation processes, achieving high yields, and implementing safety and efficiency improvements across multiple plants. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Science in Biostatistics and an MBA, Rafael has demonstrated leadership in R&D project management, process optimization, and cross-functional team empowerment throughout a distinguished career.
