Puran Singh

Puran Singh is a software engineer who has worked for Intuit, Shutterfly, Yahoo!, and Yomari Information Services. Puran is currently the Co-Founder & VP, Engineering at Phil.

Singh began their career in 2005 as a software engineer for Yomari Information Services. Puran was there for four years before being acquired by Logic Information Systems in 2009. Singh then spent two years as a software engineer for Yahoo! before moving to Intuit in 2011.

At Intuit, Singh worked as a backend engineer for their personal finance product Mint. Puran left Intuit after one year to join Shutterfly in February 2012. Singh spent three years at Shutterfly before leaving in May 2015 to co-found Phil.

Phil is a startup that provides an easy way for people to connect with experts on any topic. Singh is currently the VP, Engineering at Phil.

Puran Singh completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Tribhuvan University, IOE, Pulchowk Campus.

Puran Singh reports to Deepak Thomas, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Rick Salazar - VP, Business Development, Karl Larson - VP, Controller, and Catherine Hill - VP, Marketing.
