Bob Steitz

Bob Steitz is the current Vice President of Operations for the Philadelphia 76ers. Prior to this, they were with Columbia University as their Senior Associate Athletic Director-External Operations from July 2017 to October 2019. Bob has been in the athletic industry for over 30 years, starting with the Atlantic 10 Conference where they were an Associate Commissioner from November 1990 to July 2002. Bob then moved on to the Northeast Conference where they held the same position from August 1988 to November 1990.

Bob Steitz has a Master's Degree in Education from Springfield College.

Bob Steitz works with Channing Melchor - Fellow, Business Operations, Seth Berger - Director of Operations, and Susan Williamson - VP, Business Operations. Bob Steitz reports to Lara Price, Chief Operating Officer.
