Joe Rickards

Joe Rickards is an experienced professional in the sports and entertainment industry with a focus on customer service and operations. Currently serving as an Account Manager for Premium Services at the Philadelphia 76ers since November 2015, Joe has advanced through multiple roles, including Senior Member Services Account Manager and Member Services Account Manager. In addition to this position, Joe has been a Baseball Coach at Scanzano Combat Baseball since January 2021. Previous experience includes roles in tournament operations at Ripken Baseball, game day operations with the Baltimore Orioles, and managing club house activities with the Wilmington Blue Rocks. Joe's foundational education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
