Alec Halaby was named the Eagles' vice president of football operations and strategy on May 11, 2016, after serving as the team's special assistant to the general manager from 2012-15.
He has focused on player evaluation, roster management and resource allocation, with a particular emphasis on integrating traditional and analytical methods in football decision-making.
Halaby began his career as an intern with the Eagles football operations department in 2007 and 2009. In 2010, he was promoted to the position of player personnel analyst.
A native of Madison, WI, Halaby graduated from Harvard in 2009.
