Ahmad Williams is an experienced professional with a focus on community engagement, education, and the arts. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for Program Development & Community Connections at 4 Circles Beyond, Ahmad oversees initiatives such as the Peace, Liberation, & Arts Camp and Chester's Leaders in Liberation Leadership Fellowship. In addition, Ahmad coordinates the College Access Program at Frankford High School with the Philadelphia Education Fund. Previous roles include positions as a professional musician, College & Careers Counselor at Belmont Charter Network, and High School College and Career Readiness Coach with College Possible. Ahmad has a diverse background in event marketing and student engagement at Millersville University, complemented by a degree in Music Industries with a focus on Music Management.

Founded in 1985, PEF is a comprehensive provider of college and career advising services – serving students attending 6 of the City’s lowest graduation-rate high schools; consulting with schools on the creation of college-going cultures; awarding $600,000 in scholarship aid annually; operating the college access portal, www.PhillyGoes2College.org; and delivering career exposure programming to students and teachers and through its stewardship of the 400-member Philadelphia STEM Ecosystem and the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective, a 10-year partnership with GSK.
