Anna Bailey

Anna Bailey is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in member services and branch management. Currently serving as Vice President of Member Service at Philadelphia Federal Credit Union since October 2001, Anna oversees sales, operations, and the management of the credit union's branch network and call center, as well as departmental projects and staff development initiatives. Prior to this role, Anna held branch manager positions at Fox Chase Bank and PSFS MELLON, contributing to a solid foundation in banking operations. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
