Kelly Ann Delussey

Kelly Ann DeLussey has extensive work experience in the gas utility industry. Kelly Ann started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Philadelphia Gas Works in 2008 and later worked as a Scheduler and an Administrator Office and Quality Assurance. In their role as an Administrator, Kelly managed a team responsible for responding to data requests and coordinating work activities. Kelly Ann also played a role in hiring and conducting interviews.

In 2015, Kelly transitioned to the position of Project Manager, where they focused on work and resource planning. Kelly Ann was responsible for analyzing the impact of decisions, ensuring proper employee training, and resolving complaints.

In 2020, Kelly was promoted to Director of Resource Management at Philadelphia Gas Works. In this role, they oversaw a team of project managers and was responsible for maximizing operating efficiency and financial resources. Kelly Ann managed both the Capital and Operating budgets, as well as regulatory filings and collective bargaining agreements.

Kelly's current position at Philadelphia Gas Works is Vice President of Operations, Resource Management, and Personnel. Kelly Ann started in January 2024 and is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations, including scheduling, labor allocation, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Kelly Ann DeLussey attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and Economics. Prior to this, they attended Central High School of Philadelphia from 2000 to 2004. In 2017, they also obtained a certification from USA Weightlifting as a Level 2 Sports Performance Coach.
