Steve Volk

Steve Volk is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in investigative reporting and freelance writing. Currently serving as an Investigative Solutions Reporter at Resolve Philly since January 2020, Steve previously held the position of staff writer at Philadelphia Magazine. In addition to ongoing freelance roles with Discover and Philadelphia since July 2014, Steve has contributed as a senior writer at Philadelphia Weekly from 2002 to 2007 and worked as a writer for InPittsburgh Weekly from 1997 to 2001. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a focus on creative writing and journalism, from the University of Florida, earned between 1994 and 1996.
