Ryan Thomas

Ryan Thomas is an experienced outdoor education professional who currently serves as an Assistant Instructor at the Philadelphia Outward Bound School, a position held since July 2015. In this role, Ryan aids lead instructors in planning expedition routes, managing food logistics, and driving company vehicles for student and gear transport. Responsibilities also include managing student behavior, assisting with first aid scenarios, and providing guidance to lead instructors during field decision-making. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from Towson University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
