Charlie Slonaker has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Charlie started their career with the Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball Team in 2004 as part of the Entertainment Gameday Staff. Charlie then joined the Dayton Warbirds as the Head Intern in 2005. Returning to the Dayton Dragons in the same year, they held various roles such as Sponsor Services Intern, Ticketing Assistant, and Corporate Marketing Manager. In 2008, they became the Senior Ticket Sales Manager for the Dayton Dragons. Charlie then moved to the Cincinnati Bengals in 2008 as a Ticket Sales Executive. In 2011, they joined the Chicago Fire Soccer Club as the Manager of Season Ticket Sales. Charlie further expanded their experience at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, serving as the Director of Consumer Ticket Sales from 2013 to 2015, and then as the Director of Ticket Sales – Group & Consumer from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Charlie is working at Philadelphia Union, initially as the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Fan Services from 2016 to 2019, and then as the Senior Vice President of Ticket Sales and Fan Services from 2019 to 2021. From April 2021, they hold the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Philadelphia Union.

Charlie Slonaker attended Tippecanoe High School from 1999 to 2003. Charlie then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management at the University of Dayton from 2003 to 2006.
