Dennis Squires has had extensive experience in the soccer industry. Dennis started their career as a professional soccer player with Rushden & Diamonds Football Club from September 2005 to May 2007. Dennis then played for Cambridge United Football Club from September 2007 to May 2011. After their playing career, Dennis transitioned into coaching and joined West-Mont United SA as the Boys Director of Coaching from June 2015 to April 2019. Dennis then became the Director of Operations at the same club from April 2019 to July 2021. In February 2013, Dennis took on the role of Development Officer at Maestro Soccer Academy. Dennis recently joined FC Europa as a Professional Soccer Coach in July 2021, and they are currently working as a Philadelphia Union Soccer Coach at Philadelphia Union from August 2021.

Dennis Squires attended St Peters School from 2000 to 2006, although the degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, they obtained the following: a B License from UEFA in May 2021, a D License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in August 2019, an 11v11 Grassroots License, a 7v7 Grassroots License, and a 9v9 Grassroots License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in June 2017, a Premier Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches in July 2014, and an FA Youth Module 3 from The Football Association in October 2009.
