Eric Udelson

Union II Performance Coach at Philadelphia Union

Eric Udelson has a strong background in sports performance and coaching. Eric began their career in 2014 as part of the Varsity Men's Soccer team at Boston University, where they contributed until May 2018. From 2019 to 2021, Eric served as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach for Men's Basketball at the University of Virginia. In 2021, they worked as a High Performance Intern for Austin FC. Currently, Eric is employed by the Philadelphia Union as an Academy Performance Coach.

Eric Udelson earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Studies from Boston University. Their education history also includes a Master's degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Physiology from the University of Virginia. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in July 2019.
