Joseph Trocchio, M.S., M.A., CSCS, FMS has an extensive work experience in the field of sports performance and coaching. Joseph began their career in 2013 as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Akron, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they gained further experience as an Assistantship Sport Performance Coach at Tampa Bay Rowdies and as a Sport Performance Fellow at the University of Louisville.

Joseph joined the Philadelphia Union in 2019, starting as an Athlete Development Coach and eventually progressing to roles including Head of Academy Performance and Director of Academy Performance. Joseph currently holds the position of Director of Academy Performance & Union II Performance Coach.
