Keith Conway, B.S, M.S, BASM

Keith Conway has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer coaching and player development. Keith currently serves as the Age Group Coordinator and Head Coach for the West-Mont United Soccer Association. In this role, they are responsible for coordinating the 2013 Boys age group and coaching the 2013 Boys and 2007 Girls teams, in addition to assisting with the 2008 and 2004 Boys teams.

Prior to their current position, Keith worked as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Ursinus College and as a Youth Academy Coach for the Philadelphia Union. Keith also served as the Technical Director at King of Prussia Soccer Club with Innovate Sports, where they focused on developing technical skills.

Keith has experience in player development as well. Keith was the Director of Player Development at King of Prussia Soccer Club with Maestro Soccer and coached the JV Boys Soccer team at Bishop Shanahan High School. Keith also worked as a Youth Soccer Academy Coach with Challenger Sports.

In addition to their coaching roles, Keith taught Physical Education and English at Scoil Chonglais High School in Ireland as part of their role with Kildare and Wicklow ETB. Keith was also the Head Soccer Coach for the school's Senior Boys team, providing high-performance training and individualized coaching. Prior to this, Keith worked as a Soccer Academy Coach at FAI Summer Soccer Camps in Ireland, where they developed young players' technical skills and overall performance.

Keith Conway has a strong educational background in the field of education. In 2008, they earned a Master's degree in Physical Education from the University of Limerick, a prestigious institution in Ireland. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Single Module (BASM) in Literature at Dublin City University. Keith is also certified with a USSF D license from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
