Samantha Heliodoro

Samantha Heliodoro, MSEd, is currently the Impact and Evaluation Manager at Philadelphia Youth Basketball. Prior to this role, Samantha held positions such as Research Assistant at Project Tomorrow and Graduate Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. Samantha's educational background includes a Master's of Science in Education in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
