Dariell Dinkins

Director, CQI & Learning at Philadelphia Youth Network

Dr. Dariell Dinkins serves as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement and Learning at the Philadelphia Youth Network since October 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Project Manager. At the Please Touch Museum from February 2018 to September 2020, Dr. Dinkins managed School and Community Partnerships, successfully cultivating over 300 partnerships and developing over 50 educational programs for early childhood professionals. As a Senior Education Coordinator, Dr. Dinkins evaluated departmental processes for efficiency and managed logistics with numerous corporate partners. Earlier roles included Early Childhood Education Specialist and LEAP After School Leader at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. Dr. Dinkins holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Joseph's University, along with a Master of Education from the same institution and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Clark Atlanta University.
