Josh Throckmorton

Josh Throckmorton is an experienced professional in youth sports development and athletics management. Currently serving as Program Director at Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative since May 2024, Throckmorton previously held the same role at Up2Us Sports, where responsibilities included training and managing AmeriCorps coaches and fostering relationships with community partners. Notable prior positions include Research Assistant at the University of Washington Center for Leadership in Athletics, focusing on youth baseball and softball participation barriers, and various roles at Swarthmore College, where Throckmorton was involved in athletics communications, recruitment strategies, and coaching.
