Christy Cramer

Christy Cramer is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at the Philadelphia Zoo since April 2013, where previous roles included Business Operations Analyst and Guest Relations Manager. Prior to this, Christy worked at Family House from September 2007 to September 2012 as an Operations Coordinator and held internships in PR and Development as well as Finance and Administration. Christy began their career at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, where positions included Rides Operator, Trainer, and Lead from June 2004 to August 2007. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Rhetorical Studies with a focus on English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh, graduated in 2011.
