Jean-Benoît Darodes de Tailly

Jean-Benoît Darodes de Tailly is a Global Program Manager for Aquaculture at Phileo by Lesaffre since May 2023, focusing on the development and implementation of the company's aquaculture portfolio strategy. Previous experience includes roles as a Research and Development Intern at Skretting, AGRILOOPS, and Gloria Maris Groupe, where studies involved shrimp farming protocols, aquaponics, and sea bass hatchery operations. Early career internships include work at a blue mussel farm and positions in various organizations related to fisheries. Jean-Benoît holds a PhD in Aquaculture from the University of the West of Scotland and an engineering degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences from L'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers.
