Alexandra Wich

Alexandra Wich is an accomplished professional in external affairs with a solid background in policy and communications. Currently serving as Head of State Policy and Senior Manager of External Affairs at Philip Morris International since April 2024, Alexandra previously held the position of Director of External Communications at ITG Brands from March 2021 to April 2024. Experience also includes roles as Senior Manager at C|T Group, Vice President and Associate Vice President at Rasky Partners, and various legislative positions in the Office of Senator Mark Kirk. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Politics from Princeton University, where studies took place from 2007 to 2011.
