Anneleen Waterloos is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in consumer insights and analytics across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Consumer and Regulatory Insights & Analytics at Philip Morris International since July 2021, Waterloos previously held key roles at IKEA from September 2014 to December 2021, including Global Head of Transformation, Strategy and Insight, and Global Head of Business & Consumer Intelligence. In these positions, Waterloos spearheaded IKEA's transformation initiatives and developed core strategic messaging. Waterloos' earlier experience at Procter & Gamble spanned over a decade, where notable achievements included doubling revenue for beauty care in the Middle East, Africa, India, and Pakistan, and establishing the Consumer & Market Intelligence department across several European countries. Waterloos holds advanced degrees from Vlerick Business School, the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of Ghent in diverse fields including marketing management and political science.
