Bryson W. Thornton is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Global Communications Director and Global Head of Integrated Consumer Communications & Capability Development at Philip Morris International since March 2016. In this role, Bryson leads the global communication strategy to support the company's smoke-free vision across 180 markets. Prior to PMI, Bryson was the Director of Communications & Public Affairs for Burger King Corporation in the EMEA region, overseeing various aspects of corporate communications. Additional experience includes management roles at FedEx Ground and Del Monte Foods, as well as public relations positions at Hornercom and Chemistry. Bryson holds a B.S. in Communications and Marketing from La Roche University and has furthered education at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
