Edwin Wijaya is an experienced professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the Regional Manager for People & Culture at Philip Morris International since January 2024, overseeing integrated talent, performance, and learning across South & Southeast Asia, Commonwealth of Independent States, Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this, Edwin held various leadership roles at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. from May 2012 to January 2024, culminating in the position of Head of Integrated Talent, where responsibilities included overseeing talent management strategies and leading major initiatives such as the internal campaign for the launch of Iluma. Edwin's career trajectory includes roles in HR business partnering, payroll management, and systems analysis, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
