Ewa Sobiech

Ewa Sobiech is a seasoned professional in people engagement and internal communications with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of People Engagement for Poland & Baltics at Philip Morris International since July 2017, Ewa has held multiple roles within the company, including Manager of People Engagement and Internal Communication Manager. Prior to this, Ewa worked at Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas as the Director of Internal Communication and held positions at Bank BGZ and NBS Communications, focusing on internal communication strategies and public relations. Ewa began a career in consulting at PwC and holds a Master's degree in Economics from Wyższa Szkoła Ubezpieczeń i Bankowości w Warszawie.
