J. Alfredo Ricárdez

J. Alfredo Ricárdez serves as the Head of IT for Central America and The Caribbean at Philip Morris International since October 2011, where responsibilities include strategic leadership in technology innovation focused on enhancing consumer experience and driving business growth. With a background in various IT management roles across different sectors, Ricárdez has led initiatives in consumer experience and digital marketing and has managed IT projects related to manufacturing, supply chain, and regulated systems. As a co-founder and managing partner at XPERTIO Smart Industry Services since October 2022, Ricárdez contributes extensive experience in automation and process control. Educational credentials include a degree from INSEAD in Leading Organizations in Disruptive Times and relevant qualifications from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad Veracruzana in eCommerce and Electronics Engineering, respectively.
