Jelena Banduka Dugalic

Jelena Banduka Dugalic is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Program Delivery for South East Europe at Philip Morris International since April 2014. Throughout a notable career at Philip Morris, Jelena has held various roles including Head of PMO and Business Planning, Business Development, Planning and Business Intelligence Manager, and PMO Manager, among others. Prior experience includes positions at Polimark Group as a Procurement Associate and Junior Procurement Associate. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of York, a Master of Economic Sciences from the University of Belgrade, a Specialist's degree in Tax Consulting from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade.
