Katherine Monaghan

Katherine Monaghan (Segersten) currently serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Global Programs & Policies at Philip Morris International since October 2021. Prior to this role, Katherine Monaghan held multiple positions at AIG, culminating as the Global Head of Compliance Operations, Corporate Compliance Training, and Conflicts of Interest between June 2008 and September 2021, after advancing from Senior Compliance Officer & Director and Senior Regulatory Officer. Experience also includes work as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, a Project Manager & Policy Analyst at Mathematica Policy Research, and an Advisor in Government Affairs at The World Bank. Earlier roles include serving as an Analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and an intern at The World Bank. Katherine Monaghan earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
