Keagan L.

Keagan L. currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Philip Morris International, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Keagan was the Vice President of Operations at Altoida, Inc., where an innovative approach to brain health was pursued through digital biomarkers and AI technology. Keagan's experience includes significant positions at the FDA as Chief of Staff and Associate Commissioner for External Affairs and Strategic Initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Counselor to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Special Assistant to the President in the Executive Office, and various legislative positions on Capitol Hill, culminating in over a decade of experience in government relations at McKesson Specialty Health. Keagan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
