Michael Stitcher

Michael Stitcher, Esq., CCEP, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory, compliance, and ethics roles across numerous industries. Currently serving as Vice President Associate General Counsel - Regulatory at Philip Morris International since June 2022, Michael previously held key positions including Vice President of Compliance and Deputy General Counsel at Astra and Director of Ethics & Compliance at Olin. Michael has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University School of Law, teaching courses on corporate compliance and ethics. Notable earlier roles include Assistant General Counsel for Compliance & Data Privacy at Peabody Energy, Director of Ethics & Compliance at Energizer, and various compliance and ethics positions at Aerojet Rocketdyne. Michael holds a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a BS in Political Science & International Trade from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
