Natalia Kurochkina

Natalia Kurochkina is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for M&A, Operations, and Contracts at Philip Morris International since June 2009. Throughout her career at the company, Natalia Kurochkina has held various roles, including Assistant General Counsel for the Middle East and Senior Counsel for Ukraine, Caucasus, and Moldova. Prior to joining Philip Morris International, Natalia Kurochkina worked as a Senior Lawyer at Peterka & Partners and as a Legal Expert for an EU project focused on health care reform. Additional experience includes senior legal roles at Legal Alliance and involvement in EU projects related to medical standards in Ukraine. Educated in law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and Taurida 'V. I. Vernadskiy' National University, Natalia Kurochkina holds a post-graduate degree.
