Olga Sidash

Olga Sidash is an experienced professional with a focus on leadership, talent acquisition, and development. Currently serving as Global Head of Leadership and Learning at Philip Morris International since February 2016, Olga has held various director-level positions within the company, including roles in executive talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion. Prior to this, Olga worked at Mars as Global Talent Acquisition Process Lead and Talent Acquisition Hub Manager for Russia. The career journey began at Michael Page, where numerous roles were held from Consultant to Executive Manager. Additional experience includes a brief consulting role at Roland Berger and a prior assistant position at Henley Management College. Olga holds a BBA in Business Administration from IMISP and has furthered education at Haaga University of Applied Science.
