Oner Kececi

Oner Kececi is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in commercial systems and technology management. Currently serving as the IT Consumer Deployment Manager for Philip Morris International, Oner has effectively led teams in delivering secure IT solutions across regions including SSEA, CIS, and MEA. Previous roles at Philip Morris include overseeing commercial and business intelligence systems for Turkey and Israel and managing commercial projects. With prior experience at Novartis as a Commercial IT Business Partner and Senior Functional Information Manager, Oner has supervised multicultural teams and enhanced business processes. Early career positions involved software development and support roles at Oyak Teknoloji, Bank Kapital, and İş Leasing.
