Paul Stewart

Paul Stewart has extensive experience in talent management, learning, and leadership development, currently serving as the People & Culture Head (IT) at Philip Morris International since November 2011. Stewart leads executive coaching, leadership development, and wellness initiatives, while also redesigning corporate performance management processes and managing global talent processes. Previously, Stewart held roles focused on ethics, compliance learning, and learning strategy at Philip Morris International, and held various positions at Mars, including Global Learning & Talent Systems Manager and Category Sales Training Manager. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Birmingham, earned between 1994 and 1997.
