Raphaël Holzherr

Raphaël Holzherr is a seasoned professional in system design verification and hardware development, with over 15 years of experience at Philip Morris International since December 2008. Current responsibilities include leading a team of 15 in the verification of IQOS products and overseeing the characterization of future technologies for new devices. Previous roles at Philip Morris encompass managing teams focused on device hardware development, integration, and mechanical development, as well as project management for device manufacturing. Prior experience includes positions at Melexis Technologies SA and Polar Electro, specializing in mixed-signal IC design and heart rate monitoring electronics. Raphaël holds a Diploma in Electronics-Physics from Université de Neuchâtel and an Engineer's degree in Microtechnology from HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland.
