Ravi Ramanathan

Ravi Ramanathan currently serves as the Global Head of People and Culture for Digital & Information Technology at Philip Morris International since February 2020. Prior to this role, Ramanathan was the Head of HR for Technology and Innovation at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2012 to February 2020, overseeing global coverage of various CIO functions. Ramanathan's experience includes serving as Vice President of HR at Credit Suisse, focusing on Investment Banking Technology across the APAC region, and leading HR for the Communications, Hi-Tech and Telecom vertical at Accenture. Earlier career roles include Human Resources leadership at Satyam Computer Services Limited. Ramanathan holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College.
