Ronnie Smith

Ronnie Smith is an accomplished manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience in the food production industry. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing at Philip Morris International since August 2025, Ronnie previously held the position of Director of Operations at The Campbell's Company from October 2022 to August 2025, where successful transformations were implemented in a 320,000 sqft bakery. Prior roles include Plant Manager at The Marzetti Company and Sister Schubert's, overseeing facilities with over 600 team members producing millions of food items daily. As Operations Manager at both The Marzetti Company and Kellogg Company, Ronnie managed multiple production lines and various operational functions, while earlier career experience included process engineering and production supervision at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. Ronnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Lindsey Wilson University.
