Ümit TELLİOĞLU is an IT Security Expert at Philip Morris International since July 2023, providing support to the CIS&MEA markets. Prior experience includes serving as an Information Technology Officer and Software Project Manager at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defence from October 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included system maintenance, strategic security reporting, and leading a high-impact intranet project. Previous roles as an IT System & Cyber Security Engineer from June 2010 to September 2012 involved significant upgrades and migrations within the organization, as well as the development of a comprehensive Cyber Security Plan. Ümit TELLİOĞLU holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Naval Postgraduate School and is currently pursuing degrees in Sports and Exercise Sciences and Culinary Arts & Gastronomy.
