Yeo Yong Hui has extensive experience in digital transformation, trade marketing, and customer care across various roles at Philip Morris International since September 2012. Previous positions include Asia Region Sales Development Manager, where cost efficiencies exceeding USD4 million were achieved, and Digital Manager, responsible for a rapid transition to e-commerce for 3,500 retail outlets in Singapore. Yeo's educational background includes an MBA from Boston University, a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the National University of Singapore.
