Mike Pua

Mike Pua has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as VP of Product Development at the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM) since October 2012. In this role, Mike manages all deposit products and develops new customer propositions for the retail sector. Mike has also held the position of VP Cash Management Implementation, where responsibilities included overseeing cash management implementation activities and ensuring a seamless user experience. Prior to PBCOM, Mike worked at HSBC from December 1998 to August 2012, holding several significant roles including AVP of Wealth Management Analytics & Product Development and AVP of Bank Marketing for Retail & Digital Channels. Mike’s expertise spans portfolio management, product development, and customer relationship management. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
