Xp Garcia is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in transaction banking and digital infrastructure. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Transaction Banking Group at Philippine Bank of Communications since September 2015, Xp Garcia oversees the bank’s digital infrastructure, focusing on technology-driven products and services to enhance business growth. Previously, Xp Garcia held several significant positions, including First Vice President at Banco de Oro, where responsibilities included managing shared digital infrastructure and retail electronic channels. Additional experience includes leadership roles at HSBC, Security Bank, and Bank of the Philippine Islands, primarily centered around payments and cash management. Xp Garcia holds a Master's in Business Administration from De La Salle University and a certification in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in the United Kingdom.
