Carlos Oliver Leytte

Carlos Oliver Leytte currently serves as the Retail Banking Head at Philippine Business Bank since July 2023. Prior to this role, Carlos accumulated extensive experience at Philippine National Bank from October 2010 to July 2023, holding various senior positions including Deputy Group Head of the International Banking Remittance Group and multiple region head roles as First and Vice President. Carlos's earlier career includes leadership roles at Export and Industry Bank and Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, as well as positions at Banco de Oro, Standard Chartered Bank, and China Banking Corporation. Carlos holds an M.B.A. from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from San Beda University, complemented by a recent Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management.
