Czarina Medina-Guce

Czarina Medina-Guce currently serves as a Technical Consultant at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies, leading a baseline assessment on participatory quality in local governance. Medina-Guce also provides technical assessment contributions as a National Consultant for NIRAS International Consulting on the Evaluation of ASEAN Parliamentarians for Human Rights project. As a Lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University since 2007, Medina-Guce enriches the Department of Development Studies with expertise in governance. Previous roles include Governance Expert at the Asian Development Bank, where advisory support focused on local government devolution, and various positions at UNDP, contributing to multiple governance initiatives. Czarina Medina-Guce holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of the Philippines, with additional degrees in sociology and public policy.
