Danny Abelman has a strong background in real estate investment and management. Danny started their career in 1982 as a Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Dispositions at KRUPP COMPANIES (BERKSHIRE COS.), where they managed significant acquisition and disposition deals. In 1985, they joined Belmont Equities, Inc. and became the Executive VP, overseeing daily operations and managing property holdings. At the same time, they also joined BELMONT EQUITIES MANAGEMENT CORPORATION as the Executive Vice President until 2005. In 2005, they joined Lexington Street Realty Advisors as a Principal, seeking direct real estate investments in the U.S. and Israel. In 2012, they became a Managing Director at Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC, where they were responsible for acquiring multifamily properties. Currently, Danny Abelman is the Senior Managing Director-Multi Family Group at Philips International.
Danny Abelman attended Belmont High School but did not complete a degree at that time. After high school, they went to Brandeis University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, Danny pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, specializing in Finance and Investments.
