Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Market Forecasting at Philips, they guide C-suite executives on category direction and drive go-to-market strategies for a portfolio valued at approximately €3.5B. Ipsa has previously held roles at Barclays and Rabobank, where they executed M&A transactions and developed strong valuation and strategic advisory skills. They hold a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and are currently pursuing the Stanford LEAD program.
