Joanne Ross has extensive experience in project and process management within the healthcare sector, particularly at Philips Healthcare since December 1999. As a Service Project Manager, Joanne manages the RSC Bench Global Harmonization Program, implementing process improvements that have effectively reduced turnaround time for the “Calls on HOLD” initiative.
